Laufey was born on the 23rd of April, 1999, is an Icelandic singer-songwriter and record producer. She achieved prominence in the early 2020s for her success as a jazz-inspired pop artist, with critics noting that her jazz-inflected songs have received considerable success for a genre that has largely declined commercially. She has been on Tour in 2022, 2023 , and 2024. She is currently still on tour and her tour ends Spring 2024.
